Project Overview

Turning several campaign touchpoints into one connected system

Mark Norman’s campaign included multiple ways for people to engage.

Some visitors wanted to understand the candidate. Others wanted to volunteer, ask a question, contact the campaign, or receive updates.

Our work connected those different experiences into a structured digital system, using targeted forms, campaign funnels, and follow-up pathways so each visitor could enter through the action most relevant to them.

The Challenge
  • 01

Support several different forms of engagement without forcing everyone through one generic campaign form.

  • 02

Collect enough information to make supporter follow-up more useful and organized.

  • 03

Connect campaign questions, volunteering, contact, and communication permissions into a more consistent experience.

Our Solution
  • 01

Dedicated flows were created around volunteering, direct questions, contact, and campaign participation.

  • 02

Forms collect useful segmentation information including ZIP code, county, interests, availability, and communication preferences.

  • 03

Automation and funnel logic support post-submission communication and campaign follow-up.
